Neuronano Basics LLC DBA (Neuronano Talents) (the “Agency”) acts solely as a booking intermediary and representative for independent Talent. The Agency does not employ, manage, or control the Talent and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance quality, conduct, or behavior of any Talent engaged through its services.

All bookings, services, and engagements are subject to individual agreements and Booking Confirmations. While the Agency makes reasonable efforts to ensure professionalism, reliability, and suitability of Talent, no guarantees or warranties are made regarding the outcome, performance, or expectations of any engagement.

The Agency shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Talent performance or failure to perform, Client event outcomes or expectations, delays, cancellations, or disruptions, or any services provided by third parties, including transportation, accommodation, technical setup, or support services.

All logistical and support services coordinated by the Agency, including chauffeur services, stage setup, accommodation arrangements, and catering, are provided strictly for coordination purposes. The Agency is not responsible for any failures, delays, or deficiencies caused by third party providers.

The Agency may arrange event liability insurance for Talent where applicable. Such coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of the insurance provider. The Client remains responsible for securing any additional insurance required for the event.

Payment structures are designed to ensure transparency. The Agency is not responsible for disputes arising from payments made directly between Clients and Talent, including service fees and related expenses.

Nothing in this Disclaimer shall limit any rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

By engaging with the Agency, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Disclaimer in full.
